1 oz Peach Schnapps
4 oz Cranberry Juice
(Makes 2 cocktails)

In a cocktail shaker, mix together all of the ingredients with ice. Shake well. Pour into a short glass with ice. Enjoy!

2 tsp sugar
3 Limes Juiced
4 oz Tequila
Club Soda
(Makes 2 cocktails)

In a cocktail shaker, mix together the mint and the sugar. Muddle it until the sugar is dissolved. Add the lime juice, Tequila and ice. Shake well. Pour into a short glass. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!

1 oz Lime Cordial
1 Cup fresh or frozen watermelon chunks

In a stout glass, pour two thirds of the glass full of the lager beer making sure to get some head on the top of the beer. Bend an old spoon and place it on top of the head. Very slowly, pour the Guinness over the spoon. Enjoy!

1 wedge of lime
A few leaves fresh mint
A handful blueberries
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1.5 ounce Bourbon
Crushed Ice
1 can Black Berry White Claw

In a collins glass, muddle together the lime, blueberries, mint and simple syrup. Then add the Bourbon and crushed ice. Top with white claw and garnish with a slice of lime.
