Thirsty Thursday - The Rocky Shores - Cocktail Recipe

We try to recreate our FAVOURITE cocktail from The James Hotel in Saskatoon.
This week on Thirsty Thursday we are making the The Rocky Shores.

The Rocky Shores
2 ounces Rye or Bourbon
1 ounces Limoncello
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
2 dashes of Angosturra bitters
2 dashes of orange bitters
.
In a large glass, stir together all of the main ingredients. Pour into short glasses over ice. Enjoy!
