Thirsty Thursday - The Passion Fruit Mojito

This week on Thirsty Thursday we are making the The Passion Fruit Mojito. This is a fresh and fruity cocktail, perfect for a hot summer day!

1.5 oz Rum
1 lime squeezed
6 mint leaves
0.5 oz simple syrup
1/2 of a fresh passion fruit
Club Soda

In a tall glass, muddle together the lime juice, mint leaves, simple syrup and passion fruit. Add rum and ice to the glass. Top with club soda. Enjoy!
