Thirsty Thursday - The Chelsea Sidecar

This week on Thirsty Thursday we are making the Chelsea Sidecar. We are once again making our Thirsty Thursday cocktail while social distancing.


1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz simple syrup


In a martini shaker, mix together all of the ingredients over ice. Shake well. Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon. Enjoy!
