This week on Thirsty Thursday we are making the Black and Tan. We are once again making our Thirsty Thursday cocktail while social distancing.
1 Guinness or other dark Irish dry stout
1 Lager or pale ale beer
In a stout glass, pour two thirds of the glass full of the lager beer making sure to get some head on the top of the beer. Bend an old spoon and place it on top of the head. Very slowly, pour the Guinness over the spoon. Enjoy!
