Thirsty Thursday - The Amaretto Sour

This classic cocktail turns out frothy, sweet, sour, nutty and strong.
This week on Thirsty Thursday we are making the The Amaretto Sour.

3 oz Amaretto
1.5 oz Bourbon
1 oz sweet and sour mix
1 egg white
Garnish: Lemon Twist & Maraschino Cherries
(Makes 2 cocktails)

In a cocktail shaker, mix together all of the main ingredients with ice. Shake well. Pour into a short martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist and maraschino cherries. Enjoy!
