This cocktail is a sweet and sour Italian treat! This week on Thirsty Thursday Jamie and Ross will show you how to make The Aperol Gin Sour cocktail.

The Aperol Gin Sour cocktail recipe:
3 oz Gin
3 oz Aperol
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp simple syrup
1 Egg White (optional)
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Makes 2 drinks

Mix all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.
